Dr. Seppo Salminen
Professor Seppo Salminen is the head of Functional Foods Forum in University of Turku. He has extensive knowledge in the field of food pre-and probiotics and functional foods worldwide. His pre- and probiotics research group at Functional Foods Forum is specialized in the applicability and use of food safe microbes in the functional foods to maintain and improve human gut health.
